MasterChef’s Kyle Greenwood to collaborate with Miso Restaurant

MasterChef The Professionals contestant Kyle Greenwood, sous chef at Seaham Hall Hotel, is set to collaborate with Miso Restaurant in Ouseburn, Newcastle.

From February 23-25, Miso will be serving an exclusive tasting menu crafted by Kyle and Miso owner Paul Stewart.

The six-course tasting menu promises a fusion of traditional Japanese flavours with innovative culinary techniques as well as a carefully curated drinks offering.

During the collaboration, Miso head chef Robbie Thomson and sous chef Jen Walsh will be away for a family wedding, giving Kyle a chance to showcase his passion for Japanese food.

Paul said: “We’re thrilled to host Kyle and present our patrons with a unique culinary journey. This collaboration is a departure from our usual offerings, but we believe it will resonate with our guests who trust us to deliver exceptional dining experiences.”
