About Appetite
Appetite is dedicated to the tastes of the North East of England - food and drink grown, made, cooked, sold and enjoyed here by our team and our readers.
The magazine is published four times a year and can be picked up free in cafés, delis, farm shops and restaurants all over the North East. You can also read the full magazine online, just visit our Magazine section.
We also send out the Appetite Weekly email newsletter every Friday morning, and update our website and social media channels several times per week.
We want to hear all your food and drink news, and we want you to send us your thoughts, opinions recipes and photos so we can all see what you’ve been cooking up in your kitchen, where you've been eating, and lots more.

Appetite can only be picked up in the region’s best cafés, delis, farm shops and restaurants or bought by subscription.
That means everyone who picks it up is, by definition, interested in good food and drink - and where to get it.
In turn, this means there is probably no better way for you to get your message across direct to an audience which is already hungry for information about the best tastes of the region.
A total of 9,000 copies of Appetite are distributed across the region every quarter. We know our readers are using the magazine as a guide to the best tastes in the North East, and that means our advertisers are already benefitting.
