Baked Mordon Creamy Camembert

1 whole small camembert
1 clove garlic
Few sprigs fresh rosemary

Unwrap the cheese and place in an ovenproof dish of a similar size to ensure a snug fit. Use a sharp knife to make incisions in the top of the cheese. Peel and slice the garlic clove into thin slices.
Insert the garlic slices into the incisions with a little rosemary.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Serve with warm crusty bread or bread sticks.
