Led by chef-proprietor Dave Coulson, the multi-award-winning restaurant is stalwart in listings of the North East’s best places to eat, and continues to push the region’s dining experience forward and its own food to new heights. Cooking seasonally and with few restrictions on their creativity, Dave and the team create spectacular food combinations, many of which link to the North East roots of the chefs and the producers they work with. The four-course lunch menu is available noon-3.45pm, Wednesday-Saturday.

The prize is to be taken before June 30, 2025 and is to be arranged directly with Peace & Loaf (dates subject to availability).
