Vegan Events UK is bringing its Vegan Festival to Newcastle for the first time this June.
The event will take place at Walker Activity Dome, Newcastle on Saturday November 15, 10.30am-4pm. There will be more than 60 stalls, world food caterers, exciting cookery demonstrations, inspirational talks, interactive workshops, yoga and children’s activities running throughout the day – with free entry for under 16s.
Festival organiser and founder of Vegan Events UK Victoria Bryceson said: “I’m really excited about bringing our festival to Newcastle for the first time. I started organising events 10 years ago with the aim of promoting veganism. Our events provide people with an ultimate shopping experience where many of your vegan products and services can be found in one place. We provide small and family-run businesses with a place to promote and sell their products and services. We aim to educate people about what veganism is and to show people how easy, affordable, healthy and varied living a vegan lifestyle can be.”
Standard entry is £5, or advance VIP tickets are £15 and include a goody bag full of vegan products, samples, discounts and offers. Click here for more information.
