Quick tarte flambee
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough mix
- 125g smoked bacon lardons
- 50ml crème fraîche
- 75g fromage blanc or Quark
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
- salt and black pepper
- olive oil
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 220C/
- Gas 7 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Make the dough, roll out thinly and place on prepared baking tray and prick with a fork. Mix the crème fraîche and fromage blanc/Quark with the nutmeg and spread over, top with bacon and sliced onions and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8 mins then place directly onto the oven rack and cook 3 mins further until golden and crisp. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
