Quick tarte flambee
 
 
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
  • 250g pizza dough mix
  • 125g smoked bacon lardons
  • 50ml crème fraîche
  • 75g fromage blanc or Quark
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
  • salt and black pepper
  • olive oil
Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 220C/
  2. Gas 7 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  3. Make the dough, roll out thinly and place on prepared baking tray and prick with a fork. Mix the crème fraîche and fromage blanc/Quark with the nutmeg and spread over, top with bacon and sliced onions and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8 mins then place directly onto the oven rack and cook 3 mins further until golden and crisp. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
