Christmas honey-roast nuts
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 200g unsalted cashews
- 200g blanched almonds
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4. Mix honey, oil, salt and cayenne in a bowl, add the nuts and toss to coat. Line a baking tray with parchment and spread the nuts across. Bake for 15 mins or until golden. Leave to cool. Add to jars and give as presents.
