Chicken kebabs
 Serves: 4
 Ingredients
 - 125g natural yoghurt
 - 1 lemon, juice
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
 - 1 tsp chili powder
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - ½ tsp cumin
 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 - 500g chicken chunks
 - 3 large apples
 - 1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely diced, to garnish
 - coriander leaves, to garnish
 
Method
 - Whisk together yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic, black pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper.
 - Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag.
 - Pour in marinade, seal bag and refrigerate 4-8 hours.
 - Thread chicken and apple onto skewers, brush with marinade and grill/BBQ until browned.
 - Garnish with chilli and coriander leaves.
