Appetite has become the official media partner of Food and Drink North East (FADNE) in a move that will amplify industry leaders’ voices, increase visibility of the work FADNE is doing, and drive continued support for the region’s thriving food, drink and hospitality sectors.

The collaboration brings together two passionate advocates for the North East’s independent food and drink community. As FADNE’s official media partner, Appetite will play a key role in helping to champion FADNE’s work and mission, as well as showcasing the work of producers, chefs and businesses across the whole agri-food supply chain in the North East.

“This partnership with Appetite is about amplifying the voices of our region’s food, drink, and hospitality sectors,” said Chris Jewitt, CEO of Food and Drink North East. “Together, we want to shine a light on the people and stories that define our community – from independent producers to passionate chefs and resilient business owners. Appetite has long been a trusted platform, and we’re proud to collaborate in championing those who make our region so special.”

Appetite will also provide leading coverage at FADNE’s flagship annual event, FD&H Live (details to be announced soon), as well as at other FADNE community and industry events throughout the year.

Appetite publisher Gary Ramsay added: “We’re proud to be joining forces with FADNE. Their work in championing independent businesses and building a strong regional food culture is something we deeply admire. This partnership allows us to contribute in a meaningful way and help tell the stories that need to be heard.”
