The Glass House at Wynyard Hall has launched its new menu – with stone-baked pizzas at its heart.
Designed to bring people together over simple, flavour-packed food, the menu also includes sharing boards, hearty mains and indulgent desserts.
Set in the grounds of Wynyard Hall, The Glass House has views across the gardens and a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere.
The new pizza line-up includes Neapolitan with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil (£15), Nduja with hot honey (£16), and mushroom and truffle (£16), alongside classics like the Margarita and cured meats with black olives.
There are also seasonal dishes, including braised short rib with confit carrot; lamb ragu with pappardelle pasta; the Glass House burger with rosemary fries; and gnocchi with tomato, pesto and black olive crumb. There are small plates and sharing boards too, while desserts include sticky toffee pudding with rum and raisin ice cream, and The Glass House tiramisu.
“We wanted to create a menu that celebrates flavour and simplicity in a relaxed, welcoming setting,” said Glass House manager Thea Linton. “From stone-baked pizzas to seasonal dishes and indulgent desserts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy – whether you’re dining with family, friends or just dropping in for a casual bite.”
The Glass House is open Wednesday-Saturday 11am-11pm, with Sunday lunch available every Sunday 11am-6pm.
