Smoked salmon wasabi blinis
Makes 36
Ingredients
- 36-pack canapé-sized blinis
- 75ml crème fraiche
- 140g smoked salmon, in ribbons
- 2 tsp wasabi, freshly grated
Method
- Spread blinis on a baking tray and warm for 2-3 mins in a hot oven, turning occasionally.
- Add ¼ tsp of crème fraiche to the top of each blini, top with a ribbon of smoked salmon and a little wasabi.
