Smoked salmon wasabi blinis
Makes 36
  • 36-pack canapé-sized blinis
  • 75ml crème fraiche
  • 140g smoked salmon, in ribbons
  • 2 tsp wasabi, freshly grated
  1. Spread blinis on a baking tray and warm for 2-3 mins in a hot oven, turning occasionally.
  2. Add ¼ tsp of crème fraiche to the top of each blini, top with a ribbon of smoked salmon and a little wasabi.
