The team at SIX Rooftop at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art will be celebrating Thanksgiving with a stateside-inspired harvest feast as part of its Seasonal Supper Club Series.
On Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28, diners will have the chance to enjoy a six-course menu created by chef director Greg Lambert and inspired by his time in the US. The menu aims to pay homage to the flavours, warmth and generosity of the holiday season with a celebration of togetherness and culinary creativity.
“Thanksgiving is a time to slow down, gather with friends, and savour the abundance of the harvest,” said Greg. “Our Thanksgiving Supper Club celebrates that spirit, rich flavours, thoughtful pairings, and a sense of gratitude for great food and good company.”
