So you think you can brew? The Hop and Cleaver wants you to prove it by brewing a bottle and taking it down to Newcastle’s Quayside bar and smokehouse before June 25. The winning brewer will then be selected by a panel of judges and will get the opportunity to brew their beer at the Hop and Cleaver Brewery. Happy brewing!
