Hjem, Northumberland’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, has a newly extended dining room serving up its multi award-winning tasting menu. With views over the restaurant’s garden in Wall, near Hadrian’s Wall, and attached to The Hadrian pub, Hjem serves up the flavours and style of Scandinavia through its ambitious and innovative tasting menu from Swedish chef Alex Nietosvuori and his partner, Northumberland-born Ally Thompson. The adjoining pub and hotel, The Hadrian, has also had a refurb during lockdown.
