Exciting new dishes have been added to the menu at Persian/Levantine restaurant DOOD on Newcastle’s Quayside.
The new dishes include a vibrant beetroot salad and a rich chicken fesenjan featuring chicken stewed in a tangy pomegranate and walnut sauce.
The restaurant, which has been shortlisted for the 2025 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, will also launch festive (£70pp) and New Year’s Eve (£75pp) menus in the coming weeks as the team looks ahead to the festive period.
