The Exchange 1856, North Shields has appointed Kyle Bowman as its new executive chef.
Kyle, the North East Chef of the Year in 2023, joins The Exchange 1856 from his role as a development chef at Newcastle United Football Club. He has also worked in restaurants with Michelin stars and 3 AA Rosettes.
“I am thrilled to be joining The Exchange 1856, a venue that celebrates the rich cultural heritage and thriving food scene of North Shields,” said Kyle. “My goal is to create a menu that not only showcases the best of locally sourced ingredients but also offers an exciting and memorable dining experience for every guest.”
