Green tea ice cream
 
Ingredients
  • 4 tsp green tea powder (matcha)
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • digestive biscuits, crushed to crumb
Method
  1. Mix 2 tsp green tea powder with 3 tbsp hot water and leave to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks appear.
  3. Mix the tea with the condensed milk and vanilla extract and fold into the whipped cream.
  4. Freeze for 3 hours.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of digestive biscuit crumbs.
