Green tea ice cream
- 4 tsp green tea powder (matcha)
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 300ml whipping cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- digestive biscuits, crushed to crumb
- Mix 2 tsp green tea powder with 3 tbsp hot water and leave to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks appear.
- Mix the tea with the condensed milk and vanilla extract and fold into the whipped cream.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
- Serve with a sprinkle of digestive biscuit crumbs.
