Jesmond cheesemonger grate and independent book shop Forum Books are teaming up to welcome author Carlos Yescas to Newcastle on Wednesday November 19.
The collaboration between grate’s Moz Murphy, Forum Books’ Helen Stanton and Carlos will take place at Artisan @ The Biscuit Factory in Newcastle, and will explore Carlos’ new book – One Cheese to Rule Them All.
World Cheese Awards judge Carlos has a wealth of knowledge garnered from years of travelling and tasting, and he will be teaming up with Moz to guide guests through some favourite cheeses from the book, which aims to distil his experience through 100 cheese profiles that have won awards over the years, offering charming geekery against a backdrop of the people, places and history that define these world-class cheeses.
