Northumberland country house hotel Eshott Hall has launched its summer menu, which is filled with regional produce and fresh flavours.
Bringing together global influences and the picks of the summer in the UK, highlights on the new menu include roasted English peaches with mozzarella; sumac Scottish salmon and king prawn skewers, and a summer garden vegetable fritto misto. There’s also Northumberland sirloin steak, monkfish in an Alnwick Gold blonde ale batter, and pork belly served with rhubarb from the hall’s garden.
