Apple and cinnamon cake
This is a super simple one.

Method
- Simply blitz 200g self-raising flour with 75g cubed butter, 100g caster sugar and 1tsp cinnamon.
- Then whisk three eggs and beat in the flour mixture until smooth (loosen with a little milk if it’s too thick). Finally add the diced cooking apples and bake at 180C/Gas 4 for 40 mins for a delicious autumnal cake, still warm out the oven.
