NIPO fuses Japanese refinement with Brazilian passion to produce a menu brimming with warmth, flavour and hospitality.
The first of its kind in Newcastle, NIPO will bring its Japanese-Brazilian identity to life through exceptional ingredients, meticulous Japanese craftsmanship, Brazilian fire, a considered wine selection and cocktails inspired by the flavours and techniques of both cultures. Expect fresh, premium ingredients throughout, from seasonal tasting menus to à la carte dining, with a live sushi station bringing an element of theatre to the experience. Precision-cut sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes will sit alongside robata-style cooking and flame-cooked picanha, with generous dishes designed to be shared.

The prize is for the winner and cannot to be given away as a gift. The £100 voucher can be redeemed on food and drink at NIPO, Sunday-Friday, before 30 December 2026. Booking in advance is essential, and is to be arranged directly with the team at NIPO (dates subject to availability). The prize is non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. All extras to be paid for. The winner will be drawn at random and notified within three days of the closing date.
