A new dining experience will take the place of Michelin-starred restaurant Hjem at South Causey Inn from 1 October.
Restaurant Biedronka is helmed by chef Marek Dziedzic, who has two decades of experience in highly rated restaurants (including Hjem), and draws on his Polish heritage to create seasonal, produce-led cooking.
