North East-based Zapatista is set to launch its fourth location at outlet shopping destination Dalton Park before the end of 2023.
The Mexican-inspired burrito bar has been a firm favourite in Newcastle and Durham since its launch in 2012 – with its burritos, fajitas, tacos and more, along with craft beers and cocktails, ensuring the brand has remained popular for more than a decade.
Richard Kaye, centre manager at Dalton Park, which is just off the A19 at Seaham, said: “We’re excited to welcome Zapatista to Dalton Park this year, bringing tasty international cuisine that shoppers will thoroughly enjoy. Zapatista will offer authentic dishes with great taste, quality and enhance the restaurant choice that our shoppers look for.
“We anticipate our customers taking full advantage of the option to dine in until 9pm, making it the perfect place to visit after a day of shopping, a Cineworld trip or a walk in the parklands.
