Tomahawk Steakhouse is set to bring Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone beer and cider, and produce from the TV presenter’s Diddly Squat Farm to Northumberland.
North East-based Tomahawk is transforming its former site in Ponteland into The Hawk, which will serve beer and cider brewed with produce from Jeremy’s farm. The menu at the pub, which will have five luxury bedrooms, will feature produce from the Diddly Squat Farm – made famous in Clarkson’s Farm on Amazon Prime Video – along with a Taste of Tomahawk offering. There will also be a vintage fish and chip van in the beer garden serving Hawkstone beer-battered fish and chips.
Meanwhile, Tomahawk is also set to launch its Steak on a Stone concept at the Metrocentre – with steak, served sliced and ready to cook on the hot stone at your table, and chips starting from just £14.95. The brand is also set to launch the concept at its Morpeth location this autumn, with sister brand Rio Brazilian Steakhouse launching in Sunderland in the coming months too.
