The Roxburgh’s Gary Dall has been putting on pop-ups featuring personal favourites and crowd pleasers. Hog and Hop foot-long sausages and Moving Mountain plant-based hotdogs have featured, as have Roxburgers, and the menu is available to eat in or takeaway.
