The Hawk to take flight on November 12

The Hawk – a new restaurant with rooms concept created by the team behind Tomahawk Steakhouse, which will serve produce and drinks from Jeremy Clarkson’s farm in The Cotswolds – is set to open on November 12.

The restaurant, on the A696 north-west of Ponteland, will serve beers and cider from Hawkstone – which was launched in 2021 by Jeremy and the Cotswold Brew Co and features in Clarkson’s Farm on Amazon Prime Video. The team will also be working with produce from the Diddly Squat Farm Shop throughout the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus – from bee juice (honey) to chutneys – alongside the best local produce.

There will also be a dog-friendly bar inside, and The Hawk will have a large garden with a teepee, container village, and a 1930s Citroen van serving fish and chips.
