Fresh off his stint on TV’s Great British Menu, Danny Parker has joined Jesmond Dene House. The former head chef at Newcastle’s Michelin-starred House of Tides, Parker, 28, has also worked at Wynyard Hall and has appeared in BBC’s Masterchef the Professionals and two series of Great British Menu. Cal Byerley, from Grasmere’s Michelin-starred Forest Side, will join Parker at Jesmond Dene House as head pastry chef.
