Radish & grapefruit ice cubes for G&T

Ingredients
- 4 radishes, sliced thinly
- 1 grapefruit, ¼ cut into tiny wedges and the rest squeezed
Method
- Divide radish and grapefruit between a 12-hole ice cube tray, top up each hole in the tray with grapefruit juice, cover with water and freeze until solid. Keep in a plastic bag in the freezer.
