Mobile coffee business Northshore Coffee Co has setup its first permanent location in Newcastle’s historic Grainger Market.
Northshore, which was founded by Toby Davison, originally operated a mobile business, travelling to events around the country providing coffee and food. Since early 2020, the business has changed strategy and launched a permanent site in its native North East.
Toby (pictured, right) said: “This is the next step for us in our growth and it is great to have something in the city centre. The Grainger Market is known for exactly what we provide, high-quality food and drink which you can grab on the go, so it’s a great fit for us in that respect. It’s been a bit of a whirlwind journey for us since we opened, we’ve been travelling up and down the country to events and have built a reputation really quickly, and this will be a great addition to that.”
Northshore Coffee Co has been supported in its Grainger Market expansion by law firm Sintons, with corporate solicitor Jonathan Tutu (pictured, left) acting for the business.
