Congratulations to Aaron Craig, an executive chef at Rockliffe Hall, who has been accepted as a full member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain.
Aaron, who heads The Brasserie restaurant and New Hall dining at Rockliffe Hall, has been at the resort for five years, having worked for Heston Blumenthal previously.
