Knitsley Farm Shop celebrated its 15th birthday on November 4 and the milestone was the perfect chance to highlight how far the business has come.
Since opening in 2008, the team has grown from five to 35, and the farm shop has grown to incorporate a meat cutting unit, pie production kitchen making some 70,000 pies a year, full bakery, service kitchen double the size of the original one, revamped courtyard, and the recently added cycle barn – which provides additional covered seating spaces.
