British-Iranian chef Sabrina Ghayour is heading to Newcastle’s Biscuit Factory on September 1 for an event with Forum Books.
Sabrina will be discussing her new book, Persiana One, which looks to build on the incredible success of her work in Persiana by taking all the unmissable, tasty brilliance of the original and transforming dishes into one pan, pot or tray recipes for fuss-free feasts.
