The 11th NE1 Newcastle Restaurant Week, which took place January 18-24, was the biggest yet with 88 of the city’s best restaurants welcoming more than 35,000 diners.
The event, which returns August 8-14, brought a £400,000 boost to the city’s restaurant trade too and saw top restaurants including 21, Dabbawal, Bealim House, and The Botanist offer set menus for £10 and £15.
