Independent Greek street food vendor Acropolis has expanded its portfolio of venues in the North East with the launch of a new location in the upper Blue Mall at Gateshead’s Metrocentre.
Serving the same authentic chicken gyros and souvlaki which have won the brand high praise at events and permanent locations across the region since 2016, the new space adds to Acropolis’ locations in Newcastle and Jesmond, and at STACK Seaburn.
Acropolis’ Filip Tachan said: “Having opened up just before Christmas, we have had a fantastic couple of weeks. Our authentic Greek flavours are proving to be a hit with shoppers and we are delighted with the feedback so far.”
