Hot on the heels of the Tan Hill announcement comes another new opening at the popular food and entertainment hub.
Dinithi Restaurant has been running at Osborne Road in Jesmond and the Grainger Market, and now they’re bringing their fresh take on Sri Lankan food to STACK.
Items on the menu will include the likes of Sri Lankan Koththu specials – a thin, soft flatbread chopped with garlic, onions, vegetables and scrambled eggs and with a choice of meats or vegetables, alongside a range of Godamba wraps – a soft, flaky Sri Lankan flat bread, a special paratha burger and a build-your-own bowl option where diners can pick from rice or noodles topped with beef or pork stew or devilled chicken, squid or cauliflower.
