To a tea

Richard Allen, executive chef at Rockliffe Hall’s 4AA rosette restaurant The Orangery, has launched an indulgent new afternoon tea experience. Examples from the menu include Wagyu beef, Yorkshire Relish and caramelised onion brioche, warm Whitby crab and Wensleydale cheese tart with garden chard, chocolate eclair, salted caramel and gold leaf, pistachio and olive oil cake, and raspberry shortbread with Rockliffe estate honey and candied lemon. The Orangery High Tea is £35 per person and is available every day 1pm-3pm.
