The chefs at Tango in Durham have created a Sunday Burger – using the foundations of a classic roast dinner and transforming it into a mouth-watering burger.
The burger consists of a beef and pork stuffing patty sandwiched in a Yorkshire Pudding bun, which is accompanied by cheesy potato spread, parsnip strings and Tango’s “proper thick” gravy.
The new burger is served with garlic and herb tossed fries, and is available on Sundays only 11.30am-9.30pm.
