The team at Victor Indigo November in Gateshead is teaming up with Dotty in the Kitchen chef Dorothy Foreman to host a supper club event on April 14.
Having built her experience in kitchens in Newcastle, Northumberland and Durham after leaving teaching, Dotty cooks at locations across the region for private events, and has worked at the likes of Pine and Cook House.
Her next event will feature a four-course menu including asparagus tonnato, confit cod with tomato and Nduja braised beans and citrus spring greens, and mascarpone panna cotta with orange biscotti.
