Snack: Celery and Parma ham wraps


Celery and Parma ham wraps
  • Ingredients
  • 1 bunch celery, in 15cm sticks
  • 200g cream cheese with herbs
  • 12 slices Parma ham
  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas5.
  2. Fill celery sticks with cheese.
  3. Place each slice of Parma ham between two layers of cling film or greaseproof paper and roll firmly with a rolling pin to flatten.
  4. Wrap each slice round a filled celery stick, and place on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20 mins, and serve hot.
