News reaches us that the owners of Hibou Blanc (that’s White Owl) in Newcastle are all set to open a new café-bar named Grey Owl on Grey Street. Work is underway to transform the former Davidson’s jewellers next door to the Theatre Royal into a sophisticated spot open for breakfast and brunch, lunch, supper and drinks until late, with outdoor seating, coffee, cocktails, wine, and sharing boards.
