Pisco Sour cocktail

Ingredients

3oz Pisco

1oz lime juice

1.5oz cane sugar syrup

5 ice cubes

third of an egg white, lightly mixed

1 drop Angostura Bitters

Method

Blend Pisco, lime juice, syrup, ice cubes and egg white until frothy. Serve in a glass. Drop Angostura Bitters on top.
