Mantra Thai has launched an eight-course tasting menu promising a culinary journey to Thailand.
The menu, created by a chef team with more than 30 years’ experience, is a celebration of traditional Thai ingredients and cooking techniques. It has been curated to showcase the regional influences and culinary heritage that define Thai food – from the vibrant streets of Bangkok to the serene shores of Phuket.
Each course is also paired with select wines or traditional Thai beverages, and the menu – which will be refreshed every four months – is available every Tuesday and Thursday.
