Ingredients
140ml water
125g sugar
¼ fresh pineapple
2 kiwis
1 mango
1 papaya
2 fresh passion fruit
zest of 1 lemon
1 star anise
½ vanilla pod
Method
Bring the water and sugar to the boil.
Add the lemon zest, star anise and the half vanilla pod.
Leave to cool.
Peel and cut the fruit into small, even cubes.
Pour the syrup on top of the fruits before serving.
