Bruno Palma, former chef manager at Riley’s Fish Shack in Tynemouth, has moved closer to town to lead the kitchen at El Paso in Jesmond, Newcastle. The former Scalini’s restaurant has been revamped and Brazilian-born Bruno’s new menu is influenced by Latino culture.
