Coffee ice cream
 
Ingredients
  • 400ml condensed milk
  • 600ml double cream
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
Method
  1. Put the milk, cream and espresso powder in a bowl and whisk until thick and stiff.
  2. Pour into a freezer tub and freeze 3 hours minimum.
  3. Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts or chocolate coffee beans and mint leaves.
