Bloody Mary Salsa
Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 celery stalks
- 4 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp Worcester Sauce (leave out if vegetarian or substitute balsamic vinegar)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp celery salt
- dash tabasco
- dash gin (optional)
Method
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes, quarter the tomatoes and finely dice the bell pepper. Take the top and bottom off the celery and finely chop.
- Mix well but gently to not bruise anything. Add all remaining ingredients and place in fridge until ready to use.
