Bloody Mary Salsa
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cucumber
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp Worcester Sauce (leave out if vegetarian or substitute balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • dash tabasco
  • dash gin (optional)
Method
  1. Cut the cucumber into small cubes, quarter the tomatoes and finely dice the bell pepper. Take the top and bottom off the celery and finely chop.
  2. Mix well but gently to not bruise anything. Add all remaining ingredients and place in fridge until ready to use.
