The Northumberland Cheese Co team picked up two awards at the Great Yorkshire Show.
The multi-award-winning Redesdale added to its collection of honours with a silver in the speciality ewe milk category, while recently launched Chesterwood – a silky goats’ milk cheese matured for 2-3 months and lightly smoked to encase the sweet, rich notes of the brand’s Elsdon goats’ cheese – also took home a silver in the smoked category.
