Seaham Food Festival is set to return to the Durham coast on August 1-2 with an international mix of streetfood and traders, plus a packed lineup of celebrity chefs delivering live cooking demonstrations.
Visitors can look forward to appearances from award-winning chef and restaurateur Shelina Permalloo, celebrated pastry expert and Bake Off: The Professionals judge Cherish Finden, Saturday Kitchen host and bestselling author Matt Tebbutt, acclaimed Italian chef Francesco Mattana, master chocolatier Oli The Choc, and renowned chef and broadcaster Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL – all hosted by TV presenter, author and food expert Chris Bavin.
