Reece Hugill, owner of Ouseburn-based Donzoko Brewery, was named Young Brewer of the Year at the Brewers Choice Awards in London.
Reece was recognised alongside leading lights from across the industry at the sixth awards ceremony – which celebrated excellence across the UK beer industry, recognising individuals and organisations driving innovation, community and quality. The awards were judged by a panel with a wealth of expertise, drawn from across the beer community, with winners chosen across nine categories.
